The Power Life Recovery system is used in churches, community outreach centers, and treatment facilities for Christians in recovery.

Mike O'Neil , NCAC I, LADAC, is a therapist and author in private practice at Power Life Resources and Counseling Center in Nashville, TN. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the field of addiction. He is a nationally known lecturer and workshop presenter. His experience in the field includes; Hospital Administrator, Clinical Director, Author, Lecturer, Consultant, and creator of the Power Life Recovery system. He is also the S.E. regional chairman of The National Association of Christian Recovery (NACR). His books include; Power to Choose, Boundary Power, and The Church as a Healing Community.

Dianne O'Neil , NCAC II, LADAC, is the Drug Education Coordinator for the Williamson County Board of Education in Tennessee. She supervises the implementation of their student assistance program, STARS (Students Taking A Right Stand) in eleven middle and high schools. She has worked with adolescents for over 17 years, most recently in the areas of drug abuse prevention, intervention and treatment. Dianne has also been active as a presenter in schools, churches and workshops.
